Who are we?
Luv Gallery is a homegrown UAE-based online platform showcasing original artwork from independent artists around the globe. Our goal is to offer artists the opportunity to earn and gain recognition for their work while making unique, affordable art accessible to consumers and businesses across the Middle East.
When do we deliver?
We deliver orders from Monday to Friday, during regular working days.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed on our website, we begin processing it and dispatch it for delivery right away. You can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days (within the UAE). An order confirmation email will be sent to you, and you can track your order anytime by contacting us at info@luvgallery.com.
Where are luv Gallery's orders shipped from?
From our facility in AL Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
What is the return policy?
While we strive for perfection, we understand that mistakes can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged—which is rare—just notify us within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll send you a free replacement.
Do we ship internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver within cities in the UAE. However, we’re actively working on expanding our reach soon!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order goes into production it is automatically booked in with our shipping partner and production enters into multiple automated flows, so changing or cancelling an order is difficult. Feel free to contact us at info@luvgallery.com and we'll see what we can do.

How are the products delivered?
Each product is carefully packed at our production facility in Dubai and then handed over to our trusted express shipping partners for delivery.
How do our artists get paid for their designs?
Each sale directly supports an artist. Before listing any work, we go over our pricing structure with the artist. At the end of each month, artists are paid based on the number of their artworks sold.
